Because detoxing can offer so many benefits to your health, I’m hosting a 2-day workshop event called Demystifying Detox, on Thursday, January 14th at 11:30 am PST, and January 28th to discuss all that you need to know before embarking on a detox plan.

During this 2-day event, I'll share all sorts of valuable information!
I start by discussing what it means to detox and explain why it's a good idea to detox. Next, I review some of the more common toxic foods you’ll want to eliminate during a detox and share beneficial foods you'll want to incorporate into your diet.
My goal is to help you understand the symptoms of a toxic build-up, including bloating, headaches, and fatigue, and share how to get started with a detox. Finding the right detox for your needs will help get you the results you want.
I’ll end by discussing how detox works and provide a few recipe examples to help get you started! This is an interactive experience where participants are encouraged to engage, ask questions, and share personal experiences. Will you join me?
