Making Sense of COVID-19: Staying Healthy

Is Your Kitchen Uncharted Territory?

The current state of things has certainly changed the ways most of us live day-to-day. However, this doesn’t mean we can’t continue (or begin) living a healthy lifestyle. Cooking has always been a crucial aspect of healthy living, and it can also be a stress-reducer. Whether you just didn’t have the time to cook, or lacked the confidence to get into the kitchen, this change in routine could be the perfect opportunity to polish your skills and start creating healthier eating habits!

I’m hosting a special experience to help you make the most of your time at home. Join me for Making Sense of COVID-19: Staying Healthy on Thursday, August 20th at 11:30 am PDT. This virtual learning opportunity will provide a platform for sharing your experience with COVID-19 thus far and teach you how to safely navigate grocery shopping and food prep while creating healthy and delicious meals that everyone will love.

Nourish Your Body, Mind, and Spirit

While there is still a lot of uncertainty about certain aspects of COVID-19, what we do know is that food and diet plays a crucial role in our overall health.

My goal for Making Sense of COVID-19: Staying Healthy is to help you avoid slipping into bad habits, such as eating frozen dinners in front of the TV and stress eating. In other words, I want to share effective strategies for planning, shopping, and preparing meals that nourish all aspects of your being.

Even in times of self-distancing and quarantine, we need to eat. Our options may feel limited in regard to how we spend our days, but one thing within our control is practicing healthy habits.

Say yes to better health! Sign up today.

I Can’t Wait to Share with You on Thursday, August 20th at 11:30 am PDT!
